Flexport Terms and Conditions

By requesting or accepting goods or services from Flexport Inc., or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Flexport”), Customer (meaning the person for which Flexport is rendering service, as well as its agents or representatives) agrees to Flexport’s Primary Terms and Conditions, which apply to all services provided by Flexport. Customer further agrees to any supplemental terms and conditions published on this website applicable to the specific services or goods provided by Flexport (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”). The applicable Terms and Conditions will vary based upon service provided and geographic location. Flexport may from time to time, in its sole discretion, change its Terms and Conditions, and Customer’s continued use of Flexport’s services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, as revised. Any changes are effective immediately upon publication on our website at www.flexport.com/terms.

Primary Terms and Conditions

Customs brokerage services are provided in the United States by Flexport’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Flexport Customs LLC, a licensed customs broker with a national permit.

International ocean freight forwarding services are provided by Flexport International LLC, a licensed Ocean Transportation Intermediary, FMC# 025219NF.

Cargo insurance is underwritten by an authorized insurance company and is offered by locally licensed and authorized insurance subsidiaries and affiliates of Flexport Insurance Holding Company. Shipments with a total insured value exceeding $1,000,000 require approval by Flexport Insurance. See here for more cargo insurance information and disclosures.
